1、 Definition

3、 About User Information

1. Users should provide true, complete, and accurate user information at the time of registration, and update user information in a timely manner. 4、 User Instructions

1. Users should ensure that the information provided during registration, login to TVAPKObtain, and use of TVAPKObtain services is true, complete, and accurate.
2. TVAPKObtain Pass Account:

(1) The ownership of the TVAPKObtain pass account belongs to TVAPKObtain. After completing the registration application procedures, users obtain the right to use the account.

(2) The use right of the TVAPKObtain pass account only belongs to the initial applicant for registration. To ensure the security of user information and account, users are prohibited from transferring, inheriting, or renting the account. If TVAPKObtain discovers that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, TVAPKObtain has the right to reclaim the account without incurring legal liability to the account user.

(3) If there is a dispute between users regarding the ownership of account usage rights, TVAPKObtain will make independent judgments based on the initial personal registration information. If the true owner cannot be determined due to personal data defects (such as untrue or incomplete information), TVAPKObtain has the right to reclaim the disputed account, and the related losses and responsibilities shall be borne by the user.

(4) Users are responsible for the custody of their TVAPKObtain pass account and password, and are fully responsible for all activities under their account and password.

(5) If a user does not use the TVAPKObtain pass account for a long time after registering, the TVAPKObtain company has the right to recycle the account to avoid resource waste.

3. As the operator of TVAPKObtain is the sole copyright owner of TVAPKObtain, they have the right to provide paid licenses to users in accordance with the law. 5. If the user is under the age of 18 or is a person with limited civil capacity, they should read this agreement and use the TVAPKObtain service under the supervision and guidance of their legal representative. The legal representative should represent the user to complete the registration and use of the TVAPKObtain service, and bear all legal responsibilities and consequences arising from this on their behalf.
6. If the virtual product is damaged due to factors such as incorrect account input/account binding phone number, incorrect amount, improper operation or lack of understanding, or insufficient understanding of recharge charging methods, resulting in incorrect account charging, incorrect recharge amount, or incorrect selection of recharge type, the customer shall bear the losses caused thereby, and our company will not make compensation or compensation.
7. After the order is successfully shipped, the user needs to click the confirm receipt button on the order interface in a timely manner. If the confirmation is not made within 2 hours, the receipt will be automatically confirmed.

5、 User Prohibited Behaviors and Responsibilities

1. Users should use the TVAPKObtain service in accordance with laws and the provisions of this agreement. Users are not allowed to engage in the following behaviors while using the TVAPKObtain service, including but not limited to:

(1) Unauthorized deletion of all copyright related information and content on TVAPKObtain and other copies.

(4) Publish, transmit, disseminate, store content that violates national laws, endangers national security, national unity, and social stability, or any inappropriate, insulting, defamatory, obscene, violent, or any content that violates national laws, regulations, and policies.

(5) Publish, transmit, disseminate, and store content that infringes on the legitimate rights of others such as intellectual property and trade secrets.

(6) Use any materials or information that contains images or photos obtained by using TVAPKObtain through infringement of trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of either party.

(7) Conduct any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts; Unauthorized access to public computer networks or other computer systems and deletion, modification, or addition of stored information; Attempting to detect, scan, test vulnerabilities in the TVAPKObtain system or network without permission, or engaging in other behaviors that disrupt network security; Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the TVAPKObtain system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt and disrupt normal network information services; Forgery of TCP/IP packet names or partial names.

(8) Using TVAPKObtain services to directly or indirectly engage in or involve any legally prohibited activities such as money laundering, selling stolen goods, concealing criminal proceeds, gambling, malicious hoarding, etc.

If any losses are caused to TVAPKObtain or its cooperating units, TVAPKObtain and its cooperating units have the right to demand compensation from the user and immediately stop providing services to them, keep relevant records, and reserve the right to cooperate with judicial authorities to pursue legal responsibilities.

6、 Risk reminder

1. TVAPKObtain may be invaded by various security issues, such as others using user information, causing real-life harassment; Other software downloaded and installed contains viruses such as Trojan Horse horses, which threaten the security of users’ computer information and data. Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.
2. Any other software, website, program, etc. derived from TVAPKObtain that has not been developed and officially released by the TVAPKObtain operator or authorized by the TVAPKObtain operator is illegal. Downloading, installing, and using such software, website, program may result in unpredictable risks, and all legal liabilities and disputes arising therefrom are not related to TVAPKObtain. Users are not allowed to easily download, install, or use such software, websites, or programs. Otherwise, TVAPKObtain has the right to terminate the user’s account usage qualification.

Users can only log in and use the TVAPKObtain service through the official website and legal channels provided by the client. Users are not allowed to log in and use the TVAPKObtain service through other software, programs, or other methods that are not authorized by the TVAPKObtain operator, including but not limited to illegally compatible software, programs, or other methods that are not explicitly licensed by the TVAPKObtain operator. Otherwise, TVAPKObtain has the right to terminate the user’s account usage qualification.

10、 Legal Liability and Disclaimer

1. The user understands and acknowledges that TVAPKObtain involves Internet services and may be affected by unstable factors in all aspects. There are risks of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements caused by force majeure, Computer virus, hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown and any other network, technology, communication lines, etc. The user will bear the above risks, TVAPKObtain and its cooperating units do not assume any responsibility.
2. Any disputes arising from third-party software or technology shall be resolved by such third party, and TVAPKObtain shall not be held responsible. TVAPKObtain does not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology. If users need support, please contact the software or technology provider.

11、 Change of Agreement

The TVAPKObtain operator may modify this agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations, as well as the need to maintain transaction order and protect consumer rights. The changed agreement (hereinafter referred to as “change matters”) will be notified to users through system announcements or other appropriate means.

If the user does not agree to the change, they have the right to contact TVAPKObtain customer service for feedback before the effective date of the change. If the feedback is adopted, the TVAPKObtain operator will adjust the changes accordingly.

12、 Other

The TVAPKObtain operator reserves all rights to interpret this agreement.

Any partial or complete invalidity of any provision of this agreement shall not affect the validity of other provisions.

If there is any dispute or controversy between the user and TVAPKObtain, it should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If consultation fails, the user hereby fully agrees to submit the dispute or controversy to the jurisdiction of the court where the TVAPKObtain operator is located.
